Very disappointed in services ! injectables have my face looking deformed, poor customer service in that the person who injected me commented “well it’s not a facelift!” Some nerve after I spent over $1800 for treatment! So you sign a contract saying you get touch ups as long as you want them for a great price. I do not care that someone bought them, they bought MY CONTRACT with the business and then break it. DO NOT GO TO SONA. You’ll never have the same tech twice and they are a huge rip off. Go somewhere that values your REPEAT business!

Sona Medspa - Worst Botox Injections , LOPSIDED!!’
Had Botox injections by Crystal and she only injected one side of my forehead leaving me lopedsided looking and causing opposite side to have creased she didn’t even care to balance out product. Also Botox is weak, used already opened bottle no telling how long it sat out degrading. Doesn’t not know what she is doing, AVOID this place !!!!
